MP Simon Hart has welcomed a High Court ruling which means anongoing dispute between Pembrokeshire County Council and four localcare homes could be nearing settlement.
The owner of the Woodfield care home in Narberth and three othersin the county told the court that the Pounds 390 a week the councilpays per resident was not enough.
