UTILITY, SCHOOLS TURN ON A DEAL.(Local)

Here's a switch: Niagara Mohawk Power Corp. recently paid a light bill to the Albany City School District.

Bruce Venter, district assistant superintendent for business affairs, said the district received the first rebate check of $5,280 from Niagara Mohawk as part of a program that will improve lighting and save money.
